SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant fluent in English and Russian to provide exceptional support for a leading financial technology platform in the blockchain sector. You will work from a home office, handling customer interactions via chats and emails within a multicultural, multilingual environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector via chats and emails.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Meet team KPIs.
- Always be up-to-date with technology.
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services.
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English and Russian language (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service.
- Personal or professional experience in crypto is a must.
- Experience providing support via live chats.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Positive and responsible attitude.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- A strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing.
- Experience with CRM systems.
