Role Overview

As a Customer Support Consultant, you’ll deliver clear, accurate assistance to international clients through chat, email, and phone channels. Based remotely in Poland, you’ll operate within a structured yet flexible environment that prioritizes trust, personal development, and meaningful customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries using chat, email, and phone with clarity and professionalism
  • Provide timely updates on order status, shipping details, and product usage
  • Listen actively to customer needs and communicate feedback effectively to internal teams
  • Maintain consistent service quality while managing a high volume of support tickets
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support schedules, including occasional weekend or holiday shifts
  • Build rapport with customers to foster long-term satisfaction and trust

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Danish (C1 or higher) and strong English communication skills (B2 or above)
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in customer support, preferably in product or e-commerce environments
  • Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload) and a personal computer with at least 8GB RAM
  • A responsible, proactive mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence
