SupportYourApp was looking for a (Fluent Danish & English) Customer Support Consultant (Poland, Remote)

SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to deliver high-quality support for our global service. In this remote role based in Poland, you will be the vital link for customers, handling their needs via multiple channels and contributing to a culture built on trust.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback effectively.
  • Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
  • Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher).
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level).
  • At least 6–12 months of customer support experience.
  • Comfortable working with high ticket volumes.
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support.
