Severn Trent Plc is hiring a Flood Test & Clean Supervisor to lead the delivery of our potable tank flood-testing programme. You will ensure all tanks are maintained to consistent, high standards, identify and manage water quality risks, and uphold strict Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Water Hygiene requirements.
What You'll Do
- Deliver the annual potable tank flood-testing programme in collaboration with the Potable Tank Assurance Specialist and local Treatment Teams, ensuring all tests are carried out safely and to standard.
- Protect colleagues, customers and the environment by maintaining strict health & safety practices and ensuring water drainage does not damage assets, property or breach environmental regulations.
- Identify blockers or risks that could delay the programme, proactively finding practical solutions and seeking innovative products or processes to improve efficiency and water quality resilience.
- Effectively coordinate and engage with internal and external stakeholders and customers to support smooth programme delivery.
- Foster a positive culture by showing care for colleagues, customers and the environment.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Strong professionalism and personal maturity to uphold high standards.
- Confident using mobile applications, IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Capable of undertaking manual handling, enclosed-area entry duties and working at height.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
