Severn Trent Plc is hiring a Customer Delivery Manager to lead our Reactive Sewer Services operational team. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll manage a team of operatives to protect and resolve issues on the wastewater network, including working in the field.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team of approximately 20-40 direct reports, including Supervisors and Jetting Operatives.
- Use strategic thinking and complex problem solving to handle critical escalations from the team.
- Propose ways to protect, resolve, and future-proof issues on the wastewater network.
- Perform hands-on work, potentially out in the field with the team.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work 37 hours a week Monday to Friday, including some evenings and weekends on a standby rota.
- Experience managing reactive, operational out-in-the-field teams.
- A passion for serving the local community.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Wastewater, surface water runoff, drainage, and sewers.
