Nourish is hiring a Senior Designer for Flipster, a role focused on creating impactful marketing campaigns and driving user growth. You will develop visual designs and creative assets that attract and engage users across the APAC region.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce high-impact marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition and growth
- Create a wide range of visual assets for digital marketing channels
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate growth goals into compelling creative
- Lead and own design projects from concept to final execution
- Maintain visual brand consistency while optimizing for performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on marketing and growth campaigns
- Proven portfolio showcasing successful design work for user acquisition and engagement
- Expert proficiency in modern design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of APAC market visual trends and user behavior
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams
