What You'll Do
Shape the visual identity of a purpose-driven brand across digital and physical platforms. You'll define and execute design direction for campaigns, product interfaces, events, and partnerships, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a cohesive and evolving brand language.
Lead the development and refinement of brand systems, including guidelines, templates, and component libraries that support scalability. Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement, then implement solutions that enhance clarity and alignment across teams.
Collaborate closely with Product Design to ensure seamless integration between brand and user experience. Guide cross-functional stakeholders through creative decisions, resolving ambiguity and aligning on strong visual solutions.
Present design concepts and strategic thinking clearly to leadership and partners. Mentor fellow designers through critique and knowledge sharing, contributing to hiring and team development to raise the overall creative standard.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in brand design with a portfolio showcasing conceptual depth and exceptional craft
- Proven ability to lead brand initiatives across marketing, product, and experiential channels
- Strong command of typography, composition, and visual narrative
- Experience building and evolving scalable design systems
- Skill in translating brand strategy into tangible, consistent design outcomes
- Ability to lead art direction, from concept to execution, and guide creative presentations
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and framing open-ended design challenges
- Experience aligning diverse stakeholders around creative solutions
- Track record of mentoring designers and contributing to team growth
- Ability to balance high creative standards with practical execution and speed
- Proficiency with Webflow and modern web design tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evolving a brand during rapid organizational growth
- Background in motion design, creative production, or on-set art direction
- Collaborative experience with product design teams
- Agency or in-house brand development experience
- Past work on brand refreshes or major repositioning efforts
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into design exploration or workflows
