LVT is hiring a Fixed Income Trader to execute transactions, ensuring fair and timely execution and settlement. You will be responsible for monitoring market conditions, managing order flow, and communicating pricing developments to portfolio managers and stakeholders within our financially stable and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute fixed income trades efficiently while minimizing market impact and transaction costs.
- Ensure trade orders are executed fairly, promptly, and without bias.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders on idea generation and strategy implementation.
- Communicate relevant market information and developments impacting securities prices to portfolio managers.
- Ensure accurate and timely settlement of all trades in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain active relationships with street counterparties to support effective trading and liquidity management.
- Respond to client, portfolio management, and internal partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Adhere to established trading procedures, risk controls, and governance protocols.
- Enhance knowledge of markets, products, and trading tools to support effective execution.
What We're Looking For
- FINRA Securities Licenses 7, 52, and 63 required.
- Prior experience in fixed income trading or a closely related trading role.
- Strong knowledge of investments, including terminology, instruments, market structures, execution techniques, and the regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated ability to assess market events, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions in dynamic conditions.
Nice to Have
- Series 53 license is a plus.
- Versatility across multiple fixed income products, supporting broader market insight and cross-product collaboration.
- College or University degree.

- Compensation: $116,100 to $156,700 USD.
