EWOR GmbH is looking for a Fintech Co-Founder / CCO to build and scale your own startup. You will join a fellowship designed by unicorn founders, where you will receive funding or a salary, intensive coaching, and comprehensive support to achieve product-market fit and secure significant investment.

What You'll Do

Build and run your own startup in fields such as Fintech.
Embark on a personal development journey focusing on goal, time, and energy management.
Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
Prepare your startup to be 'investible' and ready to raise millions in funding.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
