Ramp is hiring a Director of Solutions, Enterprise to lead and scale a team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants. You'll serve as a strategic partner to our largest and most complex customers, driving solution strategy, technical excellence, and enterprise deal success by architecting complex solutions and guiding the team through consultative engagements. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive deal progression through technical discovery and solution design.
- Architect complex, customized solutions aligning Ramp's capabilities with enterprise customer needs.
- Oversee execution of advanced technical and accounting implementations.
- Represent customer needs internally to influence product roadmap priorities.
- Develop reusable frameworks, demo environments, and technical assets for scalable delivery.
- Lead enterprise evaluations including RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, and ROI analyses.
- Serve as an executive-facing thought partner articulating Ramp's strategic value.
- Support strategic initiatives, including vertical expansion into government and public sector.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing roles.
- At least 4 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Deep understanding of enterprise financial systems and accounting workflows.
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical due diligence.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, IdP, HRIS, and integration technologies (SFTP, APIs, ETL).
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-level audiences.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with or experience selling into the government vertical, including public procurement cycles.
- Technical proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise authentication/security protocols.

- Compensation: For NYC or SF: $227,000-$371,150. For all other locations: $204,300-$334,050.
