Support Finnish-speaking travelers with end-to-end assistance for their travel plans. In this role, you’ll handle inquiries, process bookings, and make adjustments to flights, accommodations, and itineraries using phone, email, and live chat platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to customer requests in Finnish, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Modify existing travel arrangements and provide guidance on available options
- Collaborate with airlines, lodging providers, and other partners to resolve issues quickly
- Deliver up-to-date information on travel policies, destinations, and service changes
- Log all client interactions in the CRM system to support service continuity
- Stay current with travel industry developments to offer informed recommendations
