Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Finnish Speaking Recruiter. This entry-level position offers a complete start in the recruitment industry. You'll relocate to Greece with a fully paid package and learn the recruitment process in a supportive environment, focusing on sourcing candidates and communicating in Finnish.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing candidates for various roles.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in Finnish through calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for roles.
- Work closely with experienced recruiters to learn about client needs and job specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the recruitment field.
- Adapt to the local recruitment market and contribute to improving recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- No previous experience in recruitment is required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Interest in recruitment processes, with the desire to grow within the industry.
- Ability to use social media and online recruitment tools effectively.
- Willingness to embrace new experiences and adapt to living in Greece.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid passport and readiness to relocate for the position.
