talentC is hiring a Monetization & Payments Product Manager to own the core logic of monetization for the Findies social shopping network. You will ensure effective value capture by managing the subscription infrastructure, optimizing payment processing, and balancing monetization with healthy refund and chargeback rates.
What You'll Do
- Manage the health of payment processing by monitoring Authorization Rates, optimizing MID routing, and ensuring successful rebills.
- Build and optimize 'Save Flows' (cancellation funnels) and 'Dunning Flows' (recovery of failed payments) to minimize churn.
- Launch A/B tests on pricing elasticity, introductory offers, and checkout UI to maximize LTV without spiking refund rates.
- Keep a daily pulse on critical metrics like Chargeback ratios, Refund rates, and Trial-to-Paid conversion to be the first line of defense against revenue leakage.
- Analyze drop-offs at the payment screen and implement features to reduce friction and increase trust.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in subscription-based B2C products.
- Proven ability to impact Revenue metrics (LTV, ARR, Auth Rate) rather than just vanity metrics.
- Understanding of the technical side of payments, including Gateways, Processors, and Subscription Management systems.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
- Experience with product and financial analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Marketing.
