Direct Travel/ATPI is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join our finance team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the organization's financial planning and analysis processes.
What You'll Do
- Act as the Adaptive Insights administrator for both integration and planning, ensuring system integrity, accuracy, and performance.
- Maintain and update models, dimensions, and hierarchies to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Assist in creating annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate cross-functionally or with external vendors for resolution.
- Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Train end-users on Adaptive functionality and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in financial systems administration and FP&A roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Snowflake).
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) preferred.
