Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting the program through marketing initiatives
- Prepare and organize seminar materials and attendee packets
- Manage logistical arrangements for seminars and events
- Keep lobby marketing supplies stocked and up to date
- Coordinate distribution of marketing and outreach mailings
- Carry out basic member-level marketing tasks
- Send birthday greetings to members
- Distribute regular newsletters to members
- Provide administrative assistance to financial services professionals
- Manage scheduling for financial services professionals
- Keep calendars updated for financial services professionals
- Arrange and confirm member appointments
- Handle incoming calls on behalf of financial services professionals
- Order office and program-related supplies
- Organize and maintain contact records
- Contribute to the overall success of the program
- Track and manage referral activities
- Deliver training to credit union staff on program procedures
- Generate and maintain program performance reports
- Support compliance efforts with regulatory and internal standards
- Safeguard confidential member data in accordance with security and privacy policies
