JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Advisor to serve as Finance Manager for our Fiber Group. This role provides financial leadership for multiple US manufacturing sites, reporting to the Sr. Finance Director for the US Doors Group. You will support monthly accounting, financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
What You'll Do
- Provide in-depth analysis on weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating variances to Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
- Communicate results to management, identify areas of improvement, and maintain strong communication between plant, finance, and operations leadership.
- Lead financial planning, including annual budgeting, weekly/monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
- Coordinate the evaluation and approval process for capital projects.
- Develop plant-level cost of sales analysis, including productivity, price-volume-mix analysis, and detailed manufacturing cost walks.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and internal audit to improve the internal control environment and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate between business unit finance and operations leaders to ensure plants meet reporting and financial timelines.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and other tasks in support of business unit operations and finance staff.
What We're Looking For
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability and knowledge of corporate finance and manufacturing costing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience; manufacturing experience highly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-site financial statement consolidation and intercompany transactions.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, HFM, or OneStream.
