Lockheed Martin Canada is seeking a Financial Management Staff professional to join the Space Security & Intelligence Ground portfolio within the LM Space National Security Space (NSS) Line of Business. In this role, you will be responsible for program planning and performance analysis for a program based in King of Prussia, PA.
What You'll Do
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Conduct cost and schedule reporting, critical path and risk analysis, and generate key metrics.
- Support program business rhythms such as the Program Control Board and Schedule Review Board.
- Prepare and present various reports to all levels of management.
- Work both independently and as part of an integrated team.
- Manage complex issues in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or other cost management tools.
- Program planning experience or related skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A current/active security clearance is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the COBRA cost management tool.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of Agile Development concepts.
- Experience with the VersionOne tool.
- A TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
