As a Financial Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping financial outcomes by analyzing performance metrics, supporting budget development, and delivering actionable forecasts. You will work hand-in-hand with operations leaders to interpret financial results, identify variances, and provide clear, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and deliver reporting to support budget management and quarterly forecasting initiatives.
- Support the month-end close process by evaluating financial variances and preparing detailed commentary on results.
- Engage with operational stakeholders to communicate financial performance, including cost trends and variance drivers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and report on cost management strategies across business units.
- Deliver custom reports and analyses to meet evolving business needs.
- Drive process improvements by recognizing inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions.
- Collaborate across departments through cross-functional projects to align financial goals with operational execution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including PivotTables, formula functions, and troubleshooting; familiarity with MS Office suite and other digital tools.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing peers and stakeholders across functions.
- Strong financial, analytical, and business judgment with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift within standard business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Preferred Experience
- Background in healthcare finance.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, PeopleSoft, or MPWR systems.
- Exposure to financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $72,800 to $130,000. Additional offerings include equity stock purchase options, incentive and recognition programs, and a 401k contribution.
