Intellect Care is hiring a Financial Coach to join our mission-driven team. You will empower clients across Japan to take control of their financial future through expert coaching and sound planning delivered via remote consultations.
What You'll Do
- Offer strategic coaching in essential areas like cash flow and budgeting through text and video consultations.
- Assess clients’ financial situations and design customized financial plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
- Guide clients in making informed, secure financial decisions aligned with their short-term needs and long-term aspirations.
- Help clients effectively manage resources to meet daily obligations and larger goals like saving for retirement or purchasing a home.
- Stay current with financial trends, market changes, and budgeting strategies to provide relevant coaching.
- Monitor and adjust financial plans as needed to keep clients on track through life changes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Finance Coach or similar role with a track record of successful client outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities for interpreting financial data and offering data-based coaching.
- Proficient in English and a local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills.
