About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering financial insights and analysis to support the commercial business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to help guide leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial planning and analysis support for the US Commercial team
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue and expenses
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast
  • Identify financial trends and variances, offering actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
  • Support annual budgeting and long-range planning cycles
  • Monitor key performance metrics and commercial financial indicators
  • Assist in creating presentations for senior management reviews
  • Evaluate the financial impact of new business initiatives
  • Track sales performance and provide commentary on drivers
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
  • Partner with sales and marketing to assess program ROI
  • Streamline financial reporting processes for efficiency
  • Maintain documentation for financial models and assumptions
  • Support ad hoc financial requests from leadership
  • Contribute to process improvements in financial systems
  • Work closely with accounting to align financial reporting
  • Assist in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
  • Translate financial data into business recommendations
