Ryder is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This remote role provides financial analysis, planning, and data mining support for our Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) division. You will directly support Asset Management Finance and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver results.
What You'll Do
- Assist with closing books, forecasting balance of year financials, and creating annual plans and budgets
- Review various month end reports including actual versus budget variances
- Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to understand cause-and-effect relationships and identify drivers
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to consolidate and understand financial results
- Communicate findings, arrive at conclusions, and give recommendations to management
- Participate in various miscellaneous projects as required
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Two (2) years or more of Accounting and/or Finance experience

- Compensation range: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00
