Oncoclínicas, a leader in oncology treatment, is hiring a Financial Analyst I dedicated to our Medical Career model. In this role, you will ensure accurate financial processes for medical compensation, directly supporting our mission to defeat cancer.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and reconcile monthly payments for Medical Repayment, verifying adherence to the Medical Career Model calculation.
- Ensure the compliance of all payments made.
- Collect and analyze information from program reports, considering volume, production, and fees.
- Communicate discrepancies to responsible areas for adjustments and corrections.
- Report monthly Medical Service costs to units, providing analyses per professional.
- Identify payments made within or outside the Medical Career Model to subsidize management decision-making.
- Calculate Medical Career remuneration and ensure information is sent to competent sectors for payment within contractual deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education.
- Professional experience with accounts payable and/or receivable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with medical payments or healthcare financial processes.
