Clario is looking for a Financial Analyst to drive our financial planning and analysis efforts. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis across various business segments.
What You'll Do
- Analyze financial performance across funnel, bookings, backlog, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheet.
- Build and maintain Excel models to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Prepare components of monthly and quarterly financial results packages and presentations.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, including model development.
- Leverage ERP (AX), CRM (Salesforce), OneStream, and other tools to extract and analyze data.
- Apply financial analysis techniques to develop actionable recommendations that influence business outcomes.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial performance analysis and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
