Join itD as a Financial Analyst 2, where you will lead the analysis and administration of Sales Incentive Compensation Plans for our global field organization. Your work will ensure accurate payouts and strong internal controls while driving continuous process improvement to support revenue performance and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead the accurate calculation and processing of incentive compensation for the company's global sales organization.
- Partner with Sales Operations to manage compensation credit adjustments and retroactive changes.
- Analyze commission inquiries, provide reporting support, and resolve complex compensation issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline, automate, and enhance end-to-end commission workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to maintain and deploy annual global compensation plans.
- Create and maintain documentation to support strong internal controls and compliance standards.
- Support internal and external audit activities related to incentive compensation processes.
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR stakeholders.
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in sales compensation administration, finance, or accounting.
- Demonstrated experience administering and analyzing incentive compensation plans.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales compensation platforms (e.g., incentive compensation management tools).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience supporting audit processes and internal control frameworks.
