BRP is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to report to the Finance Supervisor Japan and join the APAC financial reporting team. You will play a key role in financial reporting and tax compliance for BRP Japan, leveraging your professional skills across financial analysis, banking operations, and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Participate in end-of-month closures for BRP Japan.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage the accounts payable process.
- Process employee expense claims.
- Manage the accounts receivable process.
- Support the HR team for all payroll-related tax compliance.
- Support the Finance Supervisor for all company-related tax compliance.
- Support the APAC and broader BRP finance team on Internal Audit related projects.
- Support the Finance Supervisor and Japan Country Manager to identify risks.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite, especially Excel.

- Past experience with IBM Controller, FX4, or PRM.
