EX Squared is hiring a Finance Operations Manager to lead and optimize our core financial workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee day-to-day finance operations and accounting processes
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures for accuracy
- Lead financial reporting, analysis, and month-end close activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and systems
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance operations or accounting
- Proven track record managing core financial processes (AP, AR, GL, reporting)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial compliance
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with financial software and ERP systems
