United Franchise Group (UFG, Inc.) is hiring a Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy and operations for our European e-commerce business selling on Amazon and Shopify. You will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and record-keeping to optimize costs and increase profits.
What You'll Do
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize costs and increase profits.
- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting for various projects.
- Collaborate with teams to develop financial strategies and optimize profitability.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policy.
- Monitor financial indicators and prepare reports for management.
- Optimize accounting processes and financial transactions.
- Develop strategies to minimize financial risks.
- Check, organize, pay bills, and invoices.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Deep knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and tax accounting.
- Ability to track and manage incoming and outgoing payments.
- Experience in managing Project Profit and Loss (PnL).
- Expertise in managing Balance Sheets and Cash Flow for projects.
- Deep knowledge of VAT Europe.
- Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
- Experience working with QuickBooks.
- Can be a trusted advisor in financial matters, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and reliability.
- Results-oriented, with a mindset focused on achieving specific goals.
- Independently builds and optimizes financial models.
- Passionate about working with spreadsheets and databases, applying a systematic approach to handling information.
- Operates proactively, anticipating needs, and makes decisions quickly and effectively.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of VAT and global financial processes.
- Experience working with Clickup.
