As Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of financial operations across a diverse portfolio of global businesses. You'll lead accounting, reporting, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial transparency. This is a dual-focused role—equally involved in day-to-day financial execution and long-term financial strategy—with room to grow into a team leadership position.
What You'll Do
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and monthly close processes
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and maintain audit readiness across all entities
- Track working capital and develop long-range financial forecasts and models
- Streamline billing and vendor payment workflows to improve efficiency
- Lead the creation and review of profit and loss reports across multiple business units
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights to executives on financial performance and risks
- Analyze results at the product and business line level to guide decision-making
- Develop dashboards that track ROI and profitability for paid media campaigns
- Design internal financial controls and approval workflows to mitigate risk
- Own budgeting cycles, monitor spend against targets, and report on margins
- Implement and manage ERP or accounting systems, with a focus on automation
- Build real-time reporting tools that provide up-to-date financial visibility
- Create and refine a CPA-based affiliate model focused on margin growth
- Manage commission structures tied to introducer agreements
- Support fundraising with financial modeling and due diligence materials
- Evaluate new investment and expansion opportunities from a financial standpoint
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or similar senior finance role
- Strong track record in accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and translating complex financial data into clear insights
- Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Willingness to handle operational tasks while maintaining a strategic perspective
