ALDO Group is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Corporate FP&A team, focusing on the Supply Chain. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between operational execution and financial performance, collaborating closely with global supply chain teams to set targets, analyze results, and support strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Lead budget and forecast activities, including variance analysis and capital planning.
- Build insightful financial reports using SAP BPC.
- Support month-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Analyze KPIs for Supply Chain & Sourcing to isolate controllable performance drivers.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and financial presentations.
- Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and simulations.
- Assess financial risks and impacts of new initiatives.
- Monitor key financial indicators in partnership with the Supply Chain FP&A Manager.
- Identify and manage financial risks.
- Support enhancements to financial systems and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to special strategic projects.
- Maintain strong communication between Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Pursue and share professional development opportunities.
- Manage personal objectives and development planning.
- Participate in team meetings and alignment discussions.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Finance/Business or a professional designation such as CPA, CFA, or MBA.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial accounting.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- High intellectual curiosity and a process-improvement mindset.
- A solid understanding of variance analysis, accounting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP BPC, SAP Financials/EPM, BI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
