About the Role As a Finance Business Partner at Everfield, you will be integral to the Financial Reporting and Analysis team. Collaborating closely with Strategic Business Partners, HR Business Partners, and regional teams, you will ensure accountability for financial performance across business units in Poland and Central/Eastern European locations. Your pivotal role supports Everfield's strategic vision of generating profitable growth within portfolio businesses. You will contribute to refining financial and operational data frameworks, including ERP system integrations, management reporting implementation, and analytical dashboard development. What You Will Do - Generate comprehensive monthly reporting packages including management profit/loss statements, financial performance indicators, and operational metrics - Develop Quarterly Update Review documentation for executive leadership presentation - Formulate annual budgets incorporating long-term strategic initiatives - Maintain rolling financial forecasts for portfolio businesses - Collaborate with M&A teams to evaluate potential acquisition modeling - Manage daily relationships with regional business units - Participate in integration activities for newly acquired enterprises - Support weekly sales pipeline monitoring and analysis - Oversee regional financial team, including direct management of Financial Controller What We Are Seeking - Entrepreneurial self-starter with multi-stakeholder management capabilities - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - University degree with professional finance qualification (CA/ACA/CIMA preferred) - Minimum 5 years international business experience - Minimum 5 years in Business Controlling/Financial Planning & Analysis roles - Bilingual proficiency in English and Polish - Strong international communication abilities - Comfortable engaging at all organizational levels - Preferred background in technology/SaaS environments - Willingness to travel occasionally - Enthusiastic team player committed to collaborative excellence Recruitment Process - Initial Talent Team Introduction (30 minutes) - Interview with Current Finance Business Partner (60 minutes) - Financial Reporting Director Interview (45 minutes) - Final Executive Interview with CFO (30 minutes)
