Chobani is seeking a Filler Operator to manage all aspects of our filling production and sanitation processes. In this role, you’ll be essential to our daily operations, prioritizing safety, quality, and production efficiency while supporting our mission of making high-quality, nutritious food accessible.
What You'll Do
- Operate assigned filling machinery efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot production issues and machine downtime to minimize disruption.
- Clean production filling equipment and maintain the filler room.
- Complete sanitation tasks as outlined on the Job Duties Worksheet, including foam cleaning walls, floors, and piping.
- Accurately fill out all required paperwork, such as X-Ray logs, control sheets, pallet sheets, MDI boards, and cleaning checklists.
- Load filler materials and manage issues related to product weight and flavor.
- Follow updates to filler room procedures and uphold Chobani’s values, standards, and culture.
- Cross-train and learn to operate other pieces of equipment.
- Adhere strictly to Chobani safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- The physical capability to walk on wet floors, climb stairs, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Production Supervisor, contributing to a purpose-driven, food-and-wellness-focused team.
