The Field Trainer at Intuitive is responsible for delivering comprehensive da Vinci® Surgical System training programs to surgical teams and sales professionals across various locations, including remote sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring successful adoption of Intuitive's technology by training internal teams and external partners, supporting procedures, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the company’s mission through effective training delivery and administrative execution.
What You'll Do
- Conduct da Vinci® Surgical System training programs for surgical teams at designated locations and remote locations as needed
- Train the sales force to conduct in-services and system technology skills development activities with customers on new and established products
- Occasional support of the da Vinci® System in a hospital operating room
- Maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning of instruments and accessories
- Support positive relationships between external training location personnel and ISI management
- Contribute to the organization’s quarterly goal achievements
- Develop competency in da Vinci® System Technology
- Develop competency in da Vinci® System applications and advanced technology
- Develop competency in OR Efficiency
- Develop competency in Training Pathway process
- Develop competency in training/coaching techniques/methodologies
- Register training activity milestone and submit expense, as well as perform administrative tasks using internal online training and internal systems
