FMC is looking for a Field Technician based in Zamboanga Norte to execute key daily activities with consistency and professionalism. This role is essential in bridging the gap between our commercial strategies and field execution, ensuring all engagements reflect FMC’s core values.
What You'll Do
- Execute product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements with consistency and professionalism.
- Implement demand creation initiatives and field programs effectively.
- Monitor market dynamics by tracking competitor activities and gathering field intelligence.
- Report field indicators such as Move Out Sales, crop development stages, and area challenges to your Field Supervisor.
- Bridge field and commercial teams by sharing feedback on product performance and customer concerns.
- Drive retailer and key farmer engagement programs.
- Ensure accurate product positioning and support training efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrate a solid and trustworthy professional background with integrity and reliability.
- Capable of confidently delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Flexible to work Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field is a strong advantage.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to a Field Supervisor. You will be a key link between our commercial teams and field operations.
Work Mode
This is a local, city-based field role requiring daily travel within the Zamboanga Norte area.
