FMC is seeking a Field Technician in Benguet to execute key daily field activities with consistency and professionalism. This role is critical for implementing our commercial strategies directly with retailers and farmers. You will provide technical support and valuable field insights to enhance program execution and product positioning.
What You'll Do
- Execute product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements with consistency and professionalism.
- Implement field programs effectively and provide technical support and field insights to enhance program execution.
- Track competitor activities, including product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Provide timely updates to your Field Supervisor on Move Out Sales, crop development stages, farmer practices, and area challenges.
- Share feedback on product performance, customer concerns, and technical positioning to ensure alignment.
- Implement and monitor retailer and farmer engagement programs.
- Reinforce correct product usage, benefits, and differentiation at the dealer and end-user level.
What We're Looking For
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrates a solid and trustworthy professional background, with a reputation for integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Capable of confidently delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Flexible to work Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is a strong advantage.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to a Field Supervisor.
Work Mode
This role is onsite, located in Benguet, NE Luzon.
