Practicebetter is hiring a Field Support Agent for night shifts to play a critical role in bringing autonomous driving technology to life. You'll work hands-on with our vehicle fleet in Las Vegas, ensuring vehicles are clean, charged, rebalanced, and road-ready, while directly contributing to testing and training processes.

What You'll Do

Rebalance vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to ensure optimal fleet availability.
Perform charging, cleaning, and quality checks on vehicles to deliver the best customer experience.
Act as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions.
Complete checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment.
Occasionally deliver vehicles directly to customers and assist with pickups.

What We're Looking For

A responsible and safety-conscious driver with a valid US driver’s license.
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends (10:00 pm to 7:00 am, 5 days over 7).
Ability to pass a drug screening, including THC.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
