Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware systems at various outdoor and roadside locations
- Perform routine maintenance checks on operational equipment
- Diagnose and repair technical issues with electronic and mechanical components
- Respond to service alerts and resolve outages promptly
- Document repair and service activities in the tracking system
- Follow safety protocols during field operations
- Calibrate devices to meet performance standards
- Replace faulty parts using approved procedures
- Coordinate with dispatch for job scheduling and updates
- Operate company vehicle for site visits
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Report field conditions that may affect system performance
- Support deployment of new technology installations
- Work in all weather conditions and varied environments
- Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
- Ensure equipment meets operational specifications
- Follow change management processes for system updates
- Assist in testing upgraded systems
- Communicate updates to supervisors and team leads
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed

- Complete work orders accurately and on time
