ChainGPT is hiring a Lead Generation Representative (LGR) - Launchpad & Saleium - Africa

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting initiatives for blockchain launch and funding platforms
  • Identify and evaluate emerging projects in the Web3, cryptocurrency, and AI-native ecosystems
  • Develop and maintain targeted lists of prospects across key sectors including DeFi, token launches, infrastructure, and strategic alliances
  • Engage potential partners through direct outreach on platforms such as email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X
  • Utilize data enrichment and automation tools including CRM integrations, workflow builders, and AI-powered assistants to scale outreach
  • Conduct introductory calls to assess a project's stage, objectives, funding strategy, and alignment with platform offerings
  • Determine optimal placement of prospects between two distinct platform solutions based on fit and readiness
  • Maintain structured follow-up sequences to guide leads through the early engagement pipeline
  • Initiate and manage Telegram groups to facilitate early discussions and relationship building
  • Prepare and transfer qualified leads to sales teams with detailed context and recommended next actions
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM, including interactions, status changes, and follow-up plans
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as response rates, conversion efficiency, and lead source quality
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline development, outreach outcomes, market trends, and growth insights
  • Contribute to refining lead qualification models, outreach sequences, and sales development processes
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts and campaign execution
  • Support the development of ideal customer profiles, lead scoring frameworks, and personalized messaging strategies
  • Ensure seamless transition of qualified opportunities into the commercial sales cycle
  • Stay informed on industry developments in blockchain, token fundraising, launchpad platforms, and AI integration in crypto
  • Monitor new project launches, competitor activity, and ecosystem shifts in real time
  • Share actionable intelligence to enhance targeting precision and outreach effectiveness
