NL3M Philips International BV is hiring a Field Service Technician PCI to provide technical support for Philips Solutions. You will be responsible for installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs at client facilities, primarily in Iberia and remotely across Europe, serving as a technical lead for implementations and managing escalations.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to project teams.
- Serve as technical lead for small to medium-sized implementations and manage escalations appropriately.
- Conduct remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and facilitate incident resolution.
- Maintain high standards of communication and documentation with clients.
- Comply with company work practices and health and safety guidelines while ensuring smooth technical transitions for projects.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and web services.
- A university degree and expertise with Oracle or SQL databases, as well as Windows operating systems and remote support tools.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic demeanor, strong team spirit, and the ability to adapt technically as products evolve.
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare products, particularly in critical patient care and electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of systems and solutions in the health sector within SACYL.
- Additional languages considered beneficial.
