About the Role

Momo Medical B.V. is looking for a Field Service Technician (Healthcare Technology) to ensure the reliable functioning of innovative healthcare technology in long-term care homes across Southern Ontario. In this hands-on role, you will build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, training, and problem-solving at our fast-growing healthcare scale-up, which is passionate about making a real impact in elderly care.

What You'll Do

  • Install Momo BedSense bed sensors in long-term care resident rooms, ensuring correct configuration and a reliable mesh network.
  • Conduct on-site service runs to solve problems related to connectivity, IT, hardware, and software.
  • Build trust with care staff and management through responsive, service-oriented support and proactive feedback gathering.
  • Deliver clear, practical training sessions to care staff to integrate technology into daily workflows.
  • Manage your own schedule, travel planning, coordination with on-site teams, and complete follow-up documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer support or a similar hands-on, client-facing role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, IT, and basic software environments.
  • Customer-first mindset with enjoyment in helping people and building trust.
  • Self-starter who works independently and takes ownership of tasks and outcomes.
  • People-oriented person who can easily connect with caregivers and provide on-site training.
  • Strong communicator who provides timely updates to customers and team.
  • Hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments where plans may change.
  • Organized and structured in managing travel schedules, service visits, and follow-ups.
  • Willing to travel extensively (>70% of time) across Southern Ontario.
  • Flexible to work outside standard hours for installations or urgent support.
  • Valid driver's license and car.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: CA$65,000 - CA$80,000 per year.

Work Mode

This is a local-country role based in Southern Ontario, Canada. Work involves extensive travel (>70%) across the region.
