EX Squared is looking for a Field Service Technician focused on controls to join our team. This remote role involves providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the field.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for industrial control systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair control system hardware and software
- Perform system upgrades, calibrations, and preventative maintenance
- Document service activities and provide clear technical reports to clients
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve complex technical issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar hands-on technical role
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI)
- Ability to travel to client sites as required for service calls
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a schedule
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. The role requires a field service component with travel to client sites, but administrative and support work is conducted remotely.
