What You'll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you'll ensure thermal systems are installed and operating to the highest standards. You'll conduct on-site quality checks during equipment setup and lead routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently. Responding to urgent service needs is part of the role, including on-call duties when required.
You'll manage service schedules using internal software, ensuring all client needs are met on time. Your work will involve close coordination with contractors and internal teams, contributing insights that help refine product design and performance. You'll also provide frontline technical support, diagnosing and repairing system issues with precision.
Approximately half of your time will be spent traveling domestically to client sites, making adaptability and organization essential.
Requirements
- Hold a valid 608 EPA certification
- Possess experience in mechanical critical infrastructure service and maintenance
- Capable of performing basic circuit analysis and electrical troubleshooting
- Have working knowledge of hydronic and HVAC systems
- Understand refrigeration theory and practical application of technical sciences
- Can interpret technical drawings at a fundamental level
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication, with a focus on customer service
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
