About the Role
The technician will travel to customer locations to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of systems, ensuring equipment functions properly and meets performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Install new systems and components at customer locations
- Perform routine maintenance on field equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective parts in the field
- Conduct equipment testing after service
- Follow safety protocols during on-site operations
- Document service activities and outcomes
- Communicate technical issues to customers clearly
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Ensure compliance with technical standards
- Use diagnostic tools to assess system performance
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate service records
- Adhere to company service procedures
- Support product commissioning and startup
- Provide feedback on equipment performance
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Follow up with customers post-service
- Stay current with product updates and training
- Work independently in remote locations
Compensation
