Responsibilities
- Carry out equipment installations, routine maintenance, validation procedures, and repairs in alignment with company service benchmarks and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their analytical processes and customize service solutions such as training, technical support, and system upgrades.
- Support financial performance by delivering efficient service and recognizing opportunities for additional revenue through billable tasks, consumables sales, and service referrals.
- Manage assigned equipment, including tools, measurement and test devices, communication systems, and on-site inventory of service parts.
- Contribute to product quality improvements by identifying and submitting feedback through formal quality reporting channels.
- Pursue advanced certification by participating in company-provided training and professional development programs.
- Complete all required administrative duties, including time tracking and assigned learning modules.
- Stay current with training and compliance requirements related to health, safety, environmental standards, and operational protocols.
- Acknowledge that management retains the authority to modify job duties and responsibilities at any time.

- Frequent physical tasks include operating instruments and controls, requiring bending, squatting, stretching, and reaching.

- Specific visual capabilities required include close-range detail observation, color discrimination, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
