About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical faults
- Carry out scheduled maintenance on automated systems
- Install and commission new equipment at client locations
- Ensure all service activities meet safety and quality standards
- Document service interventions and report outcomes accurately
- Work independently while managing a flexible field-based schedule
- Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical customers
- Follow troubleshooting procedures to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools in service vehicle
- Adhere to company policies and industry compliance requirements
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Provide feedback on recurring system issues to technical teams
- Support warranty and post-warranty service operations
- Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams
- Ensure timely response to emergency service calls
- Perform system upgrades and retrofits as needed
- Verify equipment performance after repairs
- Train customers on basic operational functions
- Monitor equipment performance remotely when possible
- Keep service records up to date in the field management system
- Follow environmental and waste disposal guidelines
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct on customer sites
- Adapt to changing customer environments and requirements
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify faults
- Support continuous improvement of field service processes
