10Beauty is hiring a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and supporting our robotic manicure machines both in-office and at distributed locations across the United States.
What You'll Do
- Own setup and installation of machines at customer stores
- Diagnose and repair machines at customer locations or coordinate removal and replacement for external repair
- Perform routine maintenance, preventative checks, and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Communicate clearly with internal and external customers to ensure alignment across all parties
- Create a support library by crafting and updating clear process and procedure documentation
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and training
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to influence and improve the design of the robotic system
- Drive peak organizational performance through effective feedback, accountability, and teamwork
What We're Looking For
- A BS in Engineering and 2+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or systems engineering
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, software, and networking
- A strong network background with an understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure to ensure reliable system connectivity
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
- Clear and effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Experience providing professional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
Team & Environment
You will join the Field Service team within our 50+ person organization, contributing directly to customer success and product reliability.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000—$100,000 USD
- Equity and benefits are included for all full-time employees
