Responsibilities
- Follow all team and organizational policies and procedures.
- Deliver quarterly evaluations and updates on assigned responsibilities to leadership.
- Accurately record service work, keep detailed records, and deliver full reports to relevant parties.
- Finish administrative assignments within established deadlines.
- Offer technical assistance to customers and internal staff.
- Lead training sessions at company sites, designated centers, and healthcare facilities.
- Carry out planned maintenance tasks including inspections, preventive servicing, software upgrades, recalls, field corrections, and system enhancements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix all company products and related equipment following guidelines and within service time limits.
- Manage the coordination and execution of system and hardware delivery and setup.
- Demonstrate understanding and adherence to operating room procedures and HIPAA regulations.
- Complete all required administrative functions such as spare parts tracking, field activity documentation, return authorizations, and expense reporting on schedule.
- Care for and manage all company-issued equipment including tools, calibration kits, vehicles, laptops, tablets, and other assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advance organizational objectives, such as supporting sales events, aiding reprocessing training, and sharing customer contacts.
- Share insights with headquarters and engage in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Finish all mandated or assigned learning programs, including product training, university courses, and professional growth modules as directed.
- Oversee all duties within your assigned territory, including addressing customer needs, tracking installed systems, managing customer interactions, building relationships, and supporting training and events.
