What You'll Do
- Oversee the financial performance of field operations, driving profitability by managing gross margin and productivity in line with company targets
- Lead and supervise field teams including technicians, inspectors, and site supervisors, ensuring efficient execution of service work
- Champion safety by enforcing compliance with protocols, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring equipment inspections and audits are completed
- Guarantee 100% completion of required POWRA documentation across all field personnel
- Monitor and maintain company assets, ensuring all vehicles and equipment meet safety and operational standards
- Collaborate with planning and project management teams to schedule and deliver service projects effectively
- Address customer feedback through structured resolution processes, aiming to improve satisfaction and retention
- Ensure all work-in-progress is accurately reflected on planning boards, maintaining visibility and control over service delivery
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in field service or industrial operations
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and field compliance standards
- Ability to manage performance metrics including productivity, margin, and customer satisfaction
- Experience overseeing technical teams in a customer-facing environment
- Skill in coordinating cross-functional efforts between operations, planning, and project delivery
- Commitment to maintaining equipment and asset integrity across field operations
