Aerotek is hiring a Field Operations Associate to provide critical support for customers from offer acceptance through start date. This is a customer-facing role responsible for managing all onboarding logistics while delivering excellent front desk service.
What You'll Do
- Ensure client pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance.
- Manage client onboarding packet requirements, including authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks.
- Update the Candidate Tracker with accurate contractor data in a timely manner.
- Receive and review onboarding triggers and process all required documentation.
- Document all candidate and contractor touchpoints and communicate updates.
- Coordinate contractor orientations, I9 verifications, and other onboarding tasks within the local office.
- Enter and manage the background, drug testing, and medical screening processes.
- Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
- Ensure the HR folder process is completed promptly.
- Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and in-person reception.
- Maintain high levels of administrative support for internal and external employees and resolve process and technology questions.
- Serve as primary liaison between field office producers and corporate or center-based teams.
- Provide education and accountability to field producers on important processes like timely ESF and CRG submittal.
- Serve as point of contact for real estate communications and property management.
- Manage office purchasing, P-card reconciliation, and vendor management in partnership with the FOS.
- Order and organize office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and maintain office paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service-related position.
