Canals AI is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of the operational side of our events and offline marketing efforts. You'll join a 40-person, fully remote team focused on direct impact and growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows: booth setup, swag, dinners, travel, and registration
- Coordinate pre- and post-event outreach (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, app content, attendee lists)
- Support presenters with slide content, planning, and logistics for conference talks
- Maintain an organized conference calendar and help evaluate future opportunities
- Track and report on event outcomes to improve our ROI over time
- Support webinars and other virtual events from setup to execution
- Handle logistics for ABM gifting campaigns (packaging, shipping, tracking)
- Own vendor and association relationships tied to events and sponsorships
- Track and manage event budgets
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role
- Highly organized and reliable, with strong project management skills
- Comfortable juggling competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Strong communicator and true team player
- Self-motivated and proactive — someone who gets things done without needing hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
