Goodlord is looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our team remotely. You will play a key role in proactively progressing referencing applications and helping tenants secure their homes through professional customer support. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while directly contributing to our mission of providing the best renting experience in the world.
What You'll Do
- Proactively work to progress referencing applications ensuring reports are generated for customers in line with KPI measurements.
- Help tenants to get their dream home through meeting and exceeding targets.
- Professionally support customers with high levels of accuracy via phone, live chat, and email.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a highly targeted and fast-moving contact centre.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in conducting credit or ID checks or working within the lettings industry.
- Super organised with proven ability to prioritise effectively.

- Compensation: £25,500 with an OTE of £27,500.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. You will work remotely with a requirement to travel to either our London or Sheffield office for one day per quarter.
